目的:探讨保留乳腺治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:根据手术治疗方法的不同将乳腺癌120例分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组采用保留乳腺手术,对照组采用传统的根治术。结果:治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量和引流时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:保留乳腺治疗乳腺癌可减少创伤,安全性好,但是对于手术技术的要求高,临床上要慎重选择。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of preserving breast in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods: According to the different surgical treatment, 120 cases of breast cancer were divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases each. The treatment group was treated by conservative breast surgery while the control group was treated by traditional radical mastectomy. Results: The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and drainage time in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Breast retention breast cancer treatment can reduce trauma, good safety, but the requirements for surgical techniques, the clinical choice to be careful.
