随着社会的发展,人们对预防疾病、病后康复及养生和健身的需求逐渐增加,中国传统保健体育在这些方面有其独特的优势。文章运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法了解目前我国高等中医院校传统保健体育课的教学现状;通过数理统计法来证明目前高等中医院校传统保健体育课教学中存在的问题,为能够完善传统保健体育课的教学提供了科学依据;结合学生就业特点给出建设性意见,从而改进高等中医院校传统保健体育的教学模式。
With the development of society, people’s demand for disease prevention, rehabilitation after illness and regimen and fitness gradually increase. Traditional Chinese health care sports have unique advantages in these aspects. The article uses the questionnaire survey and expert interviews to understand the present teaching situation of traditional health PE class in TCM colleges and universities in our country. Through the mathematical statistics method, we can prove the problems existing in the traditional PE class teaching in higher TCM colleges and universities. In order to improve the traditional health care, Physical education provides a scientific basis for teaching; combined with the characteristics of employment of students to give constructive comments, so as to improve the traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities of traditional health sports teaching mode.
