在金柑花芽诱导期,使用促、抑花调控措施,并用 ̄(15)N(NH_4)_2SO_4探讨氮素代谢动态;用 ̄3H—苯丙氨酸注射液经促、抑花处理的盆栽锦橙,了解锦橙对氨基酸的吸收和积累。结果表明,在柑桔花芽诱导期喷GA_3,可明显抑制花芽分化。生理分化前期抑花处理的金柑,春梢枝叶内氮素含量由较高而逐渐下降。从生理分化至形态分化始期,成花母枝枝叶内的氮素含量有由少到多,再到消耗的过程;而苯丙氨酸在锦橙成花母枝枝叶内的积累逐渐减少,但在抑花处理枝叶中的含量却有较大幅度的增加。因此认为,在柑桔花芽诱导期,较低的氮素代谢水平和较高的苯丙氨酸积累,是花芽分化的相关条件之一。
