为减小加工后不可避免存在的误差,提高机床主轴的回转精度,在装配时可利用轴承选配方法。一般资料介绍选配法只考虑利用各项误差矢量合成,使主轴端部某点的径跳为零,从而得出在同一根主轴上不同精度的后轴承都能使主轴前端某点得到一样的径跳结果。本文指出影响主轴前端定位锥孔径跳的原因,并据此分析轴承选配方法。以纠正并减小主轴定位锥孔中心线与主轴回转中心线的角度误差为出发点进行了理论上的分析,这对某些以锥孔定位安装刀具的主轴尤显重要。
