探讨了含硅量及等温时间对奥贝球铁冰冷处理前后机械性能及低温冲击韧性的影响。试验表明,随着含硅量的增加,不但冷处理前常温机械性能提高,而且冰冷处理后的机械性能及低温冲击韧性也提高。而含硅3.39%和3.68%的机械性能已趋一致,等温时间为120分钟的试样,冰冷处理前后的机械性能和低温冲击韧性均最高。
The effects of silicon content and isothermal time on the mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness of Aubei ductile iron before and after cold treatment were discussed. Tests showed that with the increase of silicon content, not only the mechanical properties at room temperature before cold treatment increased, but also the mechanical properties after cryogenic treatment and low temperature impact toughness also increased. The mechanical properties of silicon containing 3.39% and 3.68% have been consistent, the isothermal time of 120 minutes of the sample, the mechanical properties before and after ice cold treatment and low temperature impact toughness are the highest.
