目的:分析血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,简称VEGF)与CD105在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其与血管新生的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法对90例手术切除卵巢癌患者的卵巢染色及血管标记和30例正常人体卵巢组织作对照,测定VEGF蛋白及CD105-MVD的含量。结果:VEGF及CD105在卵巢癌中的表达率明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),VEGF的阳性表达及CD105-MVD与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期、病理组织分级、是否伴淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.01),与年龄无相关性(P>0.05);上皮性卵巢癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达与CD105-MVD含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:上皮性卵巢癌中VEGF和CD105的表达与卵巢癌生物学行为密切相关,这为上皮性卵巢癌的预防、诊断、治疗及预后提供良好的实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD105 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods: The ovarian staining and vascular markers in 90 patients with ovarian cancer and 30 normal human ovarian tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. The levels of VEGF protein and CD105-MVD were determined. Results: The positive rate of VEGF and CD105 in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue (P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF and the clinical stage of CD105-MVD and epithelial ovarian cancer, pathological grade, lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). There was no correlation with age (P> 0.05). The positive expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer was positively correlated with the level of CD105-MVD (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of VEGF and CD105 in epithelial ovarian cancer is closely related to the biological behavior of ovarian cancer, which provides a good experimental evidence for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
