目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清心肌酶谱的变化及其意义。方法检测55例急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平。结果脑出血组患者心肌酶谱水平上升,与正常对照组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);心肌酶谱水平在轻、中、重型组之间比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);不同血肿体积组心肌酶水平比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平与血肿体积和神经功能损伤程度都具有密切关系,可作为判定病情和评估预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its significance. Methods Fifty-five patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were tested for myocardial enzymes. Results The levels of myocardial enzymes in patients with ICH increased significantly (P <0.01), and the levels of myocardial enzymes were significantly different between mild, moderate and severe groups (P < 0.01). The levels of myocardial enzymes in different hematoma volume groups were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of myocardial enzymes in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage is closely related to the volume of hematoma and the degree of neurological damage, which can be used as a reference index to judge the condition and evaluate the prognosis.
