April 18, 1906, a huge roar will be located in the United States west coast of San Francisco into ruins. A magnitude 8.3 earthquake and a fire after the earthquake claimed the lives of 100,000 local people. At that time, the earthquake in San Francisco was shocked by the earthquakes. San Francisco was the place where Chinese Americans gathered most, so it also aroused the great attention of the people of that time. Interestingly, when I searched the newspapers and periodicals at the time, I unexpectedly discovered a piece of news at the time saying that the Qing government, which had already shaken off the slightest, had allocated 140,000 yuan in large sums of money to relieve the victims and people in San Francisco Chinese victims.
