抽油机井下φ44mm抽油泵,工作5天后,产液量明显下降,作业检泵后发现下凡尔座密封面刺穿。泵底部发现黑色粉末状物质,该井无出砂记录,经分析阀座硬度不均匀,阀球和阀座密封配合存在偏差可能是导致阀座快速刺穿的原因,刺穿发生的动力可能为液柱压差、液击和气蚀。
