目的:探讨分层式健康教育在高龄军休糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:收治高龄2型糖尿病患者60例,采取分层式健康教育,试验前后采集空腹静脉血,计算患者及照料者糖尿病自我管理比率。结果:患者接受分层教育后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病自我管理比率与接受教育前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);照料者接受分层式健康教育后量表得分同教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层式健康教育无硬件需求,简单易行,适合应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of stratified health education in the elderly patients with military diabetes. Methods: 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were admitted. Hierarchical health education was adopted. Fasting venous blood was collected before and after the trial to calculate the self-management rate of diabetes among patients and caregivers. Results: The levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, self-management rate of diabetes mellitus were significantly different from those before pre-school education (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hierarchical health education without hardware requirements, simple, suitable for application.
