中国蚕业界的真诚朋友,日本著名的蚕业科学家,日本东京大学名誉教授吉武成美先生于1988年10月24日因心脏病逝世,享年60岁。吉武成美教授1927年生,1950年毕业于东京大学农学院,毕业后留任助教。1955年升任副教授,1971年任教授,主持养蚕学讲座,直至1988年退休。39年来致力于蚕业教育和科研,历任东京大学评议员、研究生院协议会委员、农学院附属农场场长,并历任日本蚕丝学会会长、文部省学术审议会委员、农林水产省农业资材审议会委员及会长,为东京大学和日本国蚕业教育、科研的发展作出了贡献。
Chinese sincere friends in the silkworm industry, Japan’s famous sericulture scientist, honorary professor of Japan’s University of Tokyo, Mr. Ji Wucheng into the United States on October 24, 1988 died of a heart attack, at the age of 60. Professor Ji Wum into the United States in 1927 was born in 1950, graduated from Tokyo University College of Agriculture, after graduation, served as teaching assistant. In 1955 promoted to associate professor, 1971 professor, presided over sericulture seminars until 1988, retired. For 39 years, he has been devoted to sericulture education and scientific research. He has served as a member of the University of Tokyo, a member of the Tokyo University Council, a member of the Graduate School Council, and a director of the farm affiliated to the Faculty of Agriculture and served as president of the Japan Silk Society, member of the Academic Council of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Members and president, for the University of Tokyo and Japan sericulture education, research has contributed to the development.
