In order to gain a deeper understanding of the situation of cooperative medical care, summed up the experience of cooperative medical treatment and further promote the development of cooperative medical services in our province, the Bureau of Health of the Provincial Revolutionary Committee formed an investigation of a total of 41 representatives from 13 cities in November 1971.
