要做好教学改革的工作,学校领导干部必须深入教学第一线,了解情况,分析问题,采取措施,积极行动。本学期开学以来,我校在党的领导下,在大好形势的鼓舞下,全体老师进一步明确了教学改革的重大意义和具体要求,积极展开了教学改革的试点工作。学校领导干部也深入教学第一线,亲自参加教学,领导教学。在前一阶段的突践过程中,我们有如下几点初步体会:第一是,学校领导干部深入教学第一线,要既当“参谋”,又当“司令员”,抓思想,抓重点,解决实际问题。两个月来,我校六位行政领导干部,巳听课三百多节。听课以后,对组织教材,发掘教材的内在思想性,以及教学方法中存在的问题,经过分析研究,及时提出了改进意见。如我们在听了一年级老师教拼音字母第五课声母zh ch sh r z c s 一课以后,认为在教材处理上,教师把翘舌音先教,齿音后教,对无锡人学

In the past two months, six administrative leaders of our university have attended more than 300 festivals.
