目的:探讨舌痛发生机制及治疗方法。方法:对36例舌微循环障碍舌痛症患者进行组织学、血液流变学和甲皱微循环研究,并采用从当归注射液为主的中西医结合治疗。结果:此类舌痛症患者虽无典型微血管炎症,但均存在明显的高粘血症及微循环障碍。采用以当归注射液为主的中西医结合治疗均取得满意临床效果。结论:首次提出舌微血管障碍可能是舌痛的病因之一,采用当归注射液为主的中西医活血化瘀疗法,可获得良好疗效。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism and treatment of tongue pain. Methods: Tissue, hemorheology and nail fold microcirculation were studied in 36 patients with Tongue and microcirculation tongue pain, and treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine based on Danggui injection. Results: Although there is no typical microvascular inflammation in such patients with tongue pain, there are obvious hyperviscosity and microcirculation disorders. The use of Angelica injection-based Integrative Medicine have achieved satisfactory clinical results. Conclusion: It is the first time that tongue microvascular disorder is proposed as one of the causes of tongue pain. The Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy using Angelica Sinensis as the main injection can achieve good curative effect.
