科技成果产业化要用市场手段推动,依赖于科技金融体制创新,而非依靠政府强制手段实现科技成果产业化一直是中国科学院与北京市进行院地合作的重要内容和目标,尤其在过去的10年中,双方为了更好地实现这一目标,不断摸索尝试,促成了一系列科研成果的转移转化。在这一过程中,大家共同探索出了若干科技成果在京产业化的可选路径,也勾勒出了科技成果产业化
