[目的]研究影响外周血干细胞动员以及采集因素。[方法]30例血液病患者予以化疗+粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)动员,12例健康供者以及96例糖尿病周围血管病患者予以G-CSF动员。使用Cobe Spectra血细胞分离机(美国Cobe公司)进行外周造血干细胞采集,对不同疾病、一般特征及供者的动员采集效果进行分析。[结果]所有患者均成功动员采集,健康供者采集所获得CD34+细胞数优于糖尿病周围血管病患者,具有统计学差异。供者性别,年龄对MNC数以及CD34+细胞数无影响,BMI、G-CSF的剂量与MNC数成正相关,TG、HbA1C以及LDL-C与CD34+细胞数呈负相关。无论是健康供者、糖尿病周围血管病患者以及恶性血液病患者,动员采集过程中不良反应较小。[结论]根据不同的疾病、性别、年龄、采用不同的动员采集方案,一般可以成功采集。
[Objective] To study the factors influencing the mobilization and collection of peripheral blood stem cells. [Method] Thirty patients with hematologic diseases were mobilized with G-CSF mobilization, G-CSF mobilization, 12 healthy donors and 96 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease. Peripheral blood stem cell harvesting was performed using a Cobe Spectra blood cell separator (Cobe, USA), and the effects of various diseases, general characteristics, and donor mobilization acquisition were analyzed. [Results] All patients were successfully mobilized and collected, and the number of CD34 + cells obtained from healthy donors was superior to those with peripheral vascular disease of diabetes with statistical significance. Donor sex and age had no effect on the number of MNCs and CD34 + cells. The dose of BMI and G-CSF had a positive correlation with the number of MNCs. The numbers of TG, HbA1C and LDL-C were negatively correlated with the number of CD34 + cells. Whether it is healthy donors, patients with peripheral vascular disease and hematologic malignancies, adverse reactions during mobilization and collection are small. [Conclusion] According to different diseases, sex, age, using different mobilization collection programs, generally can be successfully collected.
