本文提出一种使用砷化镓双栅MESFET使微波功率放大器线性化的新预失真技术。给出12GHz时16W行波管放大器线性化的结果。在输入补偿2.5dB情况下,线性器使三次交调降低了12dB。
In this paper, we propose a new predistortion technique to linearize a microwave power amplifier using a gallium arsenide dual-gate MESFET. The result of linearization of 16W TWT amplifier at 12GHz is given. In the input compensation 2.5dB case, the linearizer to reduce the third intermodulation 12dB.
