高功率宽带单片放大器具有内在的性能限制,为了确保最佳性能和高的成品率,要求特殊的制备工艺和设计方法。本文介绍了“单胞群匹配”的设计方法,解决了功率宽带问题,并且详细讨论了实现这些设计所采用的高成品率的制备工艺。特别详细地讨论了采用“单胞群匹配法”做成的3W、8~12GHz放大器,并报导了初步的测量结果。
High-power broadband monolithic amplifiers have inherent performance limitations and require special manufacturing processes and design methods to ensure optimum performance and high yield. This article describes the design methodology for “single-cell population matching” to address the issue of power broadband and discusses in detail the high-yield fabrication techniques used to implement these designs. The 3W, 8 ~ 12GHz amplifier made by the “unit cell matching method” is discussed in detail and the preliminary measurement results are reported.
