2010年7月1日起正式实施的《文物艺术品拍卖规程》是中国拍卖行业发展二十三年、国内文物艺术品市场发展十八年来的第一部行业标准,可以说,发布行业标准是及时的,建立行业标准是必要的,同时也是来之不易的,望同行同仁努力贯彻实施,建立一个文物艺术品市场的新环境。《文物艺术品拍卖规程》作为行业标准在文物艺术品拍卖中的推出与实施,完善了文物艺术品拍卖制度;提高了行业整体服务质量;在提高从业人员执业素质的同时提高了企业核心竞争力;在维护拍卖参与人的权益的同时规避了拍卖人的风险;扶植优秀企业,淘汰害群之马,塑造了阳光拍卖形象;为法制监管和市场监管提供了重要保障。作为中国拍卖业唯一的专业性期刊,本刊自2007年3月,《规程》起草之初就开始全程关注。时至今日,本刊从发布会的空前盛况;《<文物艺术品拍卖规程>执行承诺书》的签订;拍卖企业、法律专家对规程的看法和解读以及规程内容等方面进行了一次全方位的关注。
