故障现象一辆行驶里程约为5.2万km的2006款奥迪A6L 3.0车(装备CVT变速器),客户反映该车的智能钥匙无法起动车辆,其余功能正常。故障诊断接车后,经验证客户报修的故障现象,发现故障的确存在,而且点火开关挡和起动挡用智能钥匙都无法使用。用VAS5052进行检测,全车无故障代码。分析输入信号,使用和起动授权按钮(E408)为智能钥匙的输入信号,进入使用和起动授权控制单元(J518)中读取使用和起动授权按钮(E408)的数据块05-08-002,E408按下时的数据如图1所示,E408未按下时的数据如图2所示。根据读取的数据块
