化学分析中的一个重要前提就是分析样本的消解,微波消解是近年发展的一种快速、重复性好、准确的消解手段,其主要是在封闭的容器中进行。本文先对微波的原理及其加热方式进行了简述,并与传统的热传递方式进行的对比。最后对微波消解在食品样品与环境样品检测方面的一些问题进行了简单描述。
An important prerequisite in chemical analysis is to analyze the sample digestion. Microwave digestion is a rapid, reproducible and accurate digestion method developed in recent years. It is mainly carried out in a closed container. In this paper, the microwave principle and heating method are briefly described, and compared with the traditional heat transfer method. Finally, the microwave digestion in food samples and environmental samples of some of the problems described in a brief description.
