[目的]了解体检人员对常规体检项目的意义、检查前的准备工作、注意事项的了解程度及对这些内容需要了解的需求程度,以便采取针对性的、有效的健康教育措施。[方法]采用无记名、选择题式的调查问卷形式,体检当日一对一进行询问填写。[结果]752名体检人员都有一定的健康信息储存,但对于健康知识的需求度仍较高。[结论]应将健康教育应用于体检当中,采取有效的健康教育措施,满足人们的信息需求,提高医疗护理质量,提高患者满意度。
[Objective] To understand the significance of physical examination personnel to routine physical examination items, the preparatory work before examination, the degree of understanding of precautions and the degree of need to understand these contents in order to take targeted and effective health education measures. [Method] The questionnaire form of anonymity and multiple-choice questions was used. One-on-one medical examinations were conducted to fill in the questionnaire. [Results] All 752 medical staff had some health information storage, but the demand for health knowledge was still high. [Conclusion] Health education should be applied to physical examination, effective health education measures should be taken to meet people ’s information needs, improve the quality of medical care and improve patient satisfaction.
