目的：分析抗生素的应用在预防骨科手术感染中的作用，并就若干存在的问题进行总结。方法：对不同大小类型的部分骨科手术中使用抗生素的情况进行统计，并与不使用抗生素组进行比较。结果：切口红肿的消退和愈合等级在各使用抗生素组与未用抗生素组间无显著性差异。结论：应用抗生素预防骨科手术感染应根据不同大小、种类的手术和可能受污染的细菌而定，与预防性用药相比，术前、后对患者机体的调理和术中严格执行无菌操作则更加重要。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the role of antibiotics in the prevention of orthopedic infections and to summarize several existing problems. METHODS: Statistics were performed on the use of antibiotics in partial orthopedic surgeries of different sizes and compared with those without antibiotics. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in regression and healing grade of incisional inflamations among antibiotic groups and non-antibiotic groups. Conclusion: The application of antibiotics to prevent orthopedic infections should be based on different sizes and types of surgeries and may be contaminated bacteria, compared with prophylactic drugs, preoperative and postoperative conditioning of patients with the body and the strict implementation of aseptic technique More important.
