目的:探索一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗隐裂牙在临床上所取疗效。方法:选择我所2016年4月—2017年5月间所收治的隐裂牙患者78例,将其随机分为治疗与对照两组,每组各39例,治疗组采用一次性根管治疗法,而对照组则采用多次根管治疗法,然后对这两组患者的临床所取效果进行对比分析。结果:采用一次性根管治疗法的治疗组,近期治疗总有效率为97.43%,远期随访治疗总有效率为92.30%,而对照组近期治疗总有效率为89.74%,远期随访治疗总有效率为84.61%,两组间具有明显差异,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:一次性根管治疗隐裂牙,在临床上所取效果良好,明显优于多次根管治疗法,且安全稳定,能极大限度的保存患牙的完整性,适合广泛应用于临床。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal treatment of cracked tooth. Methods: A total of 78 patients with cryptorchidism who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 39 cases in each group. The treatment group received one-time root canal therapy Method, while the control group was used multiple root canal therapy, and then compare the clinical effects of these two groups of patients. Results: In the treatment group with one-time root canal therapy, the total effective rate for the short-term treatment was 97.43% and the total effective rate for long-term follow-up was 92.30%, while the total effective rate for the control group was 89.74% The effective rate was 84.61%, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion: The one-time root canal treatment of cracked teeth, the results obtained in clinical good, significantly better than multiple root canal therapy, and safe and stable, can greatly save the integrity of the affected teeth, suitable for clinical application .
