目的:研究在龋齿治疗中应用微创去腐技术的方法与效果。方法:选取2013年10月~2014年10月之间于我院接受治疗的龋齿患者100例(患牙124颗),随机均分为两组。对照组(患牙61颗)采用高速牙钻机械行传统去腐治疗,观察组(患牙63颗)采用微创去腐技术治疗,比较两组的治疗时间、疼痛程度与临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗单牙的时间无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗过程中,对照组剧烈疼痛者占20.0%,轻微疼痛占44.0%,高于观察组(分别为0和6.0%),无疼痛占36.0%,低于观察组(94.0%),P<0.05;随访1年后,对照组充填物完好者占83.6%,低于观察组(92.1%),P<0.05。结论:微创去腐技术在龋齿治疗中具有无痛、有效、安全的优势,且去腐效果好,远期疗效理想。
Objective: To study the method and effect of applying minimally invasive decorticating technique in the treatment of dental caries. Methods: One hundred cases of dental caries treated in our hospital between October 2013 and October 2014 (124 teeth) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (61 teeth) was treated with high-speed dental drill. The observation group (63 teeth) was treated with minimally invasive decorticating technique. The treatment time, pain degree and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of treating single tooth, P> 0.05. In the treatment group, severe pain accounted for 20.0%, mild pain 44.0%, higher than the observation group (0 and 6.0% respectively) No pain, 36.0%, lower than the observation group (94.0%), P <0.05; 1 year after follow-up, the control group filled 83.6% intact, lower than the observation group (92.1%), P < Conclusion: The minimally invasive decapping technique has the advantages of painless, effective and safe in the treatment of dental caries. The decorticating effect is good and the long-term curative effect is satisfactory.
