山东石墨矿产资源比较丰富,除南墅外,近年来又在平度、牟平、文登等地发现了大型和特大型质量较好的鳞片状晶质石墨矿床。并开展了选矿试验研究。众所周知,鳞片状石墨矿石选矿的要求是最大限度地提高固定碳含量和保护大鳞片。因此石墨矿石选矿技术在多段磨矿、多段选别的传统工艺基础上,还应针对不同性质的矿石研究更有效、更合理的流程结构。根据几个石墨矿选矿试验的实践,笔者认为,保护大鳞片,提高产品品位的途径,除研制对石墨片破碎率较低的选择性破磨设备外,还应加强石墨工艺矿物学、以及对石墨鳞片破坏程度较高的矿石粗磨和粗精矿一次再磨作业的研究。
