本文首先介绍了当前国外矿井地质工作的现状,突出地反映了世界各国重视井下勘探并加强对矿井开采地质条件的探查和研究。文章接着分析了我国矿井地质工作的目前水平和差距。由于人员的技术素质和技术装备方面的原因,我国矿井地质工作现在仍主要停留在单一地质因素的了解上,对于开采地质条件、灾害地质条件研究不够,不能适应煤炭生产的发展。今后必须从人才培养,装备更新,管理改革等几方面着手大力提高矿井地质工作的水平。
This paper firstly introduces the current status of geology work in foreign countries and highlights the exploration and research on the importance of underground exploration in all countries in the world and the strengthening of geological conditions for mining. The article then analyzes the present level and the gap of mine geological work in our country. Due to the technical quality of personnel and technical equipment, the geological work of mine in our country still mainly stays in the understanding of single geological factors. For the exploitation of geological conditions, the study of geological conditions of disasters is not enough and can not adapt to the development of coal production. In the future, we must vigorously raise the level of mine geological work from several aspects such as personnel training, equipment renewal and management reform.
