我厂每月在清理硬化池时可以清出2～3吨石英砂。一般这部分砂子是当废物丢掉的。据我厂化验分析,干燥后“池砂”表面粘附的氯化铵占砂粒重量的5％左右。于是我们就设想利用这部分粘附有氯化铵的池砂作固体硬化剂直接来硬化水玻璃涂料。
