2013年12月18日,全国预算与会计研究会第四届会员代表大会在京召开。会议审议通过了冯秀华常务副会长代表第三届理事会作的工作报告和第四届理事会工作建议,选举产生了第四届理事会理事90名、常务理事30名和研究会领导成员。冯秀华继续当选为常务副会长,预算司副司长王劲松(兼)、国库司副主任王绍双(兼)为副会长。财政部党组和有关司局领导对这次会议的召开给予了高度关注和大力支持。财政部党组副书记、副部长张少春在会前听取了会议筹备情况汇报,副部长朱光耀亲临会议
On December 18, 2013, the Fourth Congress of the National Budget and Accounting Research Association was held in Beijing. The meeting reviewed and approved the work report and executive director work proposals made by executive vice president Feng Xiuhua on behalf of the third council and the election of 90 directors, 30 standing directors and leading members of the council for the fourth council.
