Under the guidance of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and in keeping with the overall interests of the country and enterprises, the trade unions’ organizations that fully implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ are based on the “Trade Union Law,” and earnestly safeguard the economic, political and cultural interests of the workers and staff rights and interests. To safeguard the economic rights and interests of the workers and the masses is to establish equal consultation and a collective contract system in accordance with the law, and focus on resolving many hot and difficult issues such as labor wages, benefits and labor protection in labor relations. Especially for our country being in the fifth case of a high incidence of security incidents this reality, we must actively establish and improve the labor protection supervision and inspection mechanism, collaborative administrative departments regularly check the production safety situation
