兰政办发[2014]241号2014年9月27日各县、区人民政府,市政府各部门,各有关单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:《市政府目标管理综合考核评价办法》已经市政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。兰州市人民政府目标管理综合考核评价办法第一章总则第一条为有效发挥目标管理考核的激励和导向作用,促进各项工作和目标任务的全面完成,特制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于纳入全市目标管理考核的各县区政府,市政府工作部门和直属事业、企业单位,省垂直管理单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会。

Lanzhou Municipal People’s Government Objective Management Comprehensive Assessment Methods Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to give full play to the motivation and guiding role of the target management assessment and to promote the full accomplishment of all tasks and objectives and tasks. Article 2 The present Measures shall apply to the administrative departments of counties and districts, directly under the municipal government, enterprises and units, provincial vertical management units, Lanzhou New District, High-tech Zone and Economic Zone Management Committee, which are included in the target management appraisal of the city.
