The thermal deformation of the metal absorption layer in the X-ray Bragg-Fresnel device is studied.The calculation results of the size expansion of the diffraction pattern of the metal absorption layer and the thermal stress of the metal absorption layer due to the heat load introduced by the X-ray radiation are given. Relationship between Substrate Material Selection and Thickness Size of Bragg-Fresnel Components and Thermal Deformation of Components under Thermal Load
