伴随着“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的顺利召开,广州市作为“一带一路”重要节点城市,必将迎来跨境电商更加快速发展的机遇和挑战。本文首先分析了“一带一路”背景下的广州市跨境电商发展概况,然后深入分析了跨境电商人才需求现状、典型工作岗位及技能要求,最后以广州市工贸技师学院电子商务专业为例,提出了跨境电商人才培养的对策。
With the smooth holding of the “Belt and Road Initiative” International Cooperation Summit Forum, Guangzhou as an important node city in the “Belt and Road” will surely face the opportunities and challenges for the more rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.
