“节约地球资源、保护地球环境”将是今后软包装行业发展的主要着眼点之一。当软包装行业从“白色污染”的困惑中摆脱出来时,并不意味着发展软包装可以毫无顾忌,而必须从以往未能由大多数塑料的非分解特性引起对其废弃物回收利用的重视,同时着手可分解(或溶解)以及后降解(自消毁)塑料之研究的“疏忽”中清醒过来,迅速研究对策,制订相应法规,采取有效措施。
