目的:研究分析牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期治疗中的效果.方法:选择2016年2月至2018年11月来我院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者84例进行了分析探讨,将其分成了对照组(42例)和观察组(42例),对照组患者没有接受牙周维护,观察组患者接受了牙周维护治疗,对两组的牙龈出血,牙周叩诊等指标进行了对比分析.结果:对照组患者的平均牙齿数量在初诊时是(25.7±2.6)颗,复诊时是(23.6±2.4)颗,共有26颗牙缺失.观察组初诊是(26.1±2.6)颗,复诊时(24.7±2.2)颗,有10颗牙缺失.两组患者的牙缺失情况存在统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的BI和PD初诊不存在统计学意义,复诊时,观察组患者牙缺失情况比对照组患者优秀(P<0.05).两组牙周附着水平在治疗后,观察组比对照组优秀(P<0.05).结论:慢性牙周炎患者接受牙周维护治疗能够减少牙缺失,提升临床治疗效果,临床中建议进行推广使用.
