为探讨橡胶隔震支座在海洋环境下的性能劣化规律,综合考虑橡胶支座的材料组成、实际使用荷载和所处环境,确定老化、海水腐蚀及使用荷载等影响其性能的主要因素,对多个橡胶支座开展了老化、海蚀及使用荷载试验,并进行了试验前后的对比,详细分析了支座性能的变化规律。最后,在实际工程中引入分项系数来综合考虑支座所处的环境因素及载荷作用,进而对支座力学性能进行预估。结果表明:在多种因素综合作用下,老化的影响最不利;支座生产质量的好坏直接决定其受影响程度,单纯海蚀试验下,质量优良的支座性能受到的影响较小,而质量有缺陷的支座受到的影响极大;海蚀试验、多种荷载作用试验会使支座的刚度变小,说明长期作用可能引起支座竖向变形过大,造成内部损伤,无法保证其在正常使用时的稳定性、舒适性和安全性。
