为了满足西气东输二线天然气管道工程的需要,我国成功地开发出了φ1219mm×18.4mm的大口径、厚壁X80螺旋埋弧焊管及制管用板卷,其性能达到国际先进水平。X80管线钢的开发采用超低碳、高铌微合金化、超纯净冶炼和控制轧制工艺(TMCP)等先进冶金和轧钢技术,具有针状铁素体型的显微组织。开发的X80管线钢具有较小的包申格效应,满足严格的韧性要求,即管体夏比冲击功最小平均值/单个最小值为220J/170J,焊缝、热影响区夏比冲击功最小平均值/单个最小值为80J/60J。采用环切法距焊缝100mm切开进行测试,结果表明焊管的残余应力水平很低。
In order to meet the needs of the second West-East natural gas pipeline project, China has successfully developed the φ1219mm × 18.4mm large-diameter, thick-walled X80 spiral submerged arc welded pipe and pipe coil, its performance reached the international advanced level. X80 pipeline steel has been developed using advanced metallurgy and rolling technologies such as ultra-low carbon, high-niobium microalloying, ultra-pure smelting and controlled rolling (TMCP) and acicular ferrite microstructures. The developed X80 pipeline steel has a smaller Bauschinger effect and meets the strict toughness requirements, namely the minimum average of the Charpy impact energy of the pipe body / single minimum is 220J / 170J, and the Charpy impact energy of the weld and the heat affected zone is the smallest The average / single minimum is 80J / 60J. Using ring-cut method from the weld 100mm cut open the test, the results show that the residual stress of the pipe is very low.
