“课堂是教师的专业生活之所,学生学习的有效性更是教师专业水平的体现”[1]。离开课堂也就谈不上专业发展。基于这一认识,聚焦课堂教学就成为展开研究的出发点与归属点,而课堂观察作为教师合作实施教学研究的一种重要方式逐渐进入我们的视野。在运用课堂观察形式的看评课过程中如果参与者以合作体的形式介入,有助于改变教师传统的看评课方
“Classroom is the professional life of teachers, the effectiveness of student learning is the embodiment of the professional level of teachers ” [1]. Leaving the classroom will not mention professional development. Based on this understanding, the focus of classroom teaching has become the starting point and the belonging point of the research, classroom observation as an important way for teachers to implement teaching research gradually into our field of vision. In the course of using the observation class in class observation, if the participants intervene in the form of cooperation body, it will help to change the teacher’s traditional view class
