采用硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了酒当归中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb 9种微量元素的含量。结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度在一定的范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系。该法用于酒当归样品分析,9种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3%,标准加入法测得9种元素回收率在91.2%—109.7%之间。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定酒当归中9种微量元素稳定性好,结果准确可靠。
The samples were digested with nitric acid - perchloric acid (4 + 1) mixed acid, and the trace amounts of Fe, Cu, Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn, Ni, Cr and Pb were determined by FAAS Elemental content. The results showed that the concentration of 9 kinds of elements in a certain range of concentrations were linear with the peak area. The method was applied to the analysis of samples of Angelica sinensis. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) of nine elements were all less than 3%. The recoveries of nine elements were 91.2% -109.7% by standard addition method. The determination of nine trace elements in Angelica sinensis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry has good stability and the results are accurate and reliable.
