常用的回火介质有油、空气、硝盐等,以往人们一般都认为在液体介质中回火比空气中回火均匀,但成本较高。可是,实际上并非如此,为了节约能源和获得最佳经济效果,下面选择油、硝盐和流动空气作为回火介质来进行对比。一、对比条件 1.设备:流动空气用RJJ-24-6井式回火炉,有效容积为φ400×500毫米;油采用88号气缸油,自制15千瓦油炉,有效容积为500×500×480毫米;硝盐用55％KN03+45％NaNOz混合盐,自制24千瓦硝盐炉,有效容积500×500×480毫米。
