通过对富硒金针菇发酵液中胞外多糖的提取与分析,结果表明,加低浓度的硒可提高金针菇发酵液中粗胞外多糖的提取量和纯胞外多糖含量。
Through the extraction and analysis of exopolysaccharide in the Se-enriched Flammulina velutipes fermentation broth, the results showed that adding a low concentration of selenium can increase the extraction of extracellular polysaccharides and the content of pure extracellular polysaccharides in the Flammulina velutipes fermentation broth.
