该实验研究了乙烯抑制剂ＡｇＮＯ３对梨叶片再生不定梢的促进作用。ＡｇＮＯ３浓度在０．１～８ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内对叶片再生不定梢都有明显的促进作用。添加ＡｇＮＯ３２ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上，叶片不定梢再生率最高，达７５％，而不加ＡｇＮＯ３的对照培养基上，再生率仅为１５％。
The experimental study of the ethylene inhibitor AgNO3 pear adventitious shoot regeneration advancing role. AgNO3 concentration in the range of 0.1 ~ 8mg / L of adventitious shoot regeneration have a significant role in promoting. Addition of AgNO32mg / L medium, the highest adventitious shoot regeneration rate, up to 75%, while the control medium without AgNO3, the regeneration rate was only 15%.
