目的:观察甲钴胺联合高压氧治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为2组。治疗组56例,予甲钴胺联合高压氧治疗,甲钴胺500μg肌内注射,1次/d,高压氧治疗采用多人空气加压舱,治疗压力0.2 MPa,1次/d。对照组52例,使用甲钴胺500μg肌内注射,1次/d。两组疗程皆为4周。结果:治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:甲钴胺联合高压氧治疗可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变。
Objective: To observe the effect of mecobalamin combined with hyperbaric oxygen on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: One hundred and eighty diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were divided into two groups. Treatment group 56 cases, mecobalamin combined with hyperbaric oxygen, mecobalamin 500μg intramuscular injection, 1 times / d, hyperbaric oxygen therapy using multi-person air ballast tank, the treatment pressure of 0.2 MPa, 1 time / d. Control group, 52 cases, the use of methylcobalamin 500μg intramuscular injection, 1 / d. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results: The clinical curative effect and nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Mecobalamin combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
