确立职工群众在企业中的主人翁地位,是马克思主义历史观和社会主义国家性质所决定的,是解决依靠谁办企业的大问题。这是社会主义企业区别于资本主义企业的本质特征之一,也是建立有中国特色的社会主义企业管理制度的基本要求。在深化企业改革的今天,能不能确立职工群众的主人翁地位,是能不能坚持社会主义方向,能不能发挥社会主义优势,能不能调动广大职工群众的积极性和创造性,办好社会主义企业的根本前提。
Establishing the mastership of the masses of workers and staff in enterprises is determined by the Marxist view of history and the nature of the socialist countries and is the major issue of who depends on who should run the enterprise. This is one of the essential characteristics that differentiates socialist enterprises from capitalist enterprises. It is also the basic requirement for establishing a socialist enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics.
