抗肿瘤血清目前正广泛地用作对肿瘤生化代谢的研究,有人观察到有补体存在下Ehrlich腹水癌搞血清能抑制癌细胞呼吸,癌细胞的核蛋白部分所制成的抗血清能抑制癌细胞对甘氨酸-2-c~14的利用,同时尚能减少蛋白质和核糖核酸的含量。
Anti-tumor serums are currently widely used as biochemical metabolites for cancer research. It has been observed that Ehrlich’s ascites cancer can inhibit the respiration of cancer cells in the presence of complement. The antiserum made from the nuclear protein portion of cancer cells can inhibit cancer cells. The use of glycine-2-c-14 can reduce protein and ribonucleic acid levels in the same fashion.
