X染色体遗传标记具有特殊的遗传特点,使其成为亲权鉴定重要的辅助遗传标记[1-2],尤其是在祖母-孙女等亲权关系的鉴定。部分紧密连锁的X染色体短串联重复序列(X,X-STR)呈连锁遗传;因此XSTR检验时,既要考虑基因座间的连锁关系,也要考虑不同等位基因间的连锁不平衡状态。本研究分析Xq21、26区6个X-STR基因座(DXS10101、HPRTB、DXS10103、DXS6799、DXS6789、DXS6801)的连锁不平衡状态及其单倍型分布,为法医学应用提供基础。1材料与方法
X chromosome genetic markers have a special genetic characteristics, making it important paternity test identification of auxiliary genetic markers [1-2], especially in the grandmother-granddaughter and other paternity testing. Part of the tightly linked X chromosome short tandem repeats (X, X-STR) are linked and inherited; therefore, the XSTR test should consider not only the linkage between loci but also the linkage imbalance between different alleles. This study analyzed the linkage disequilibrium and haplotype distribution of six X-STR loci (DXS10101, HPRTB, DXS10103, DXS6799, DXS6789 and DXS6801) in Xq21 and 26 districts, and provided the basis for forensic application. 1 materials and methods
