轧制压力是制订轧机压下规程和轧制过程自动控制的一个重要参数。在我国中厚板生产中,大多数工厂仍使用三辊劳特式轧机。由于三辊劳特式轧机的轧制压力计算方法在理论上研究较少,很难找到一个与实际生产相吻合的压力公式。这就给正确估算轧制压力,制订合理的压下规程,充分发挥现有轧机能力和自动控制的开发等带来了一定的困难。冶金部自动化研究所、钢铁研究总院与我厂共同研制的HYC-1500环形压磁式测力计于1984年在我厂安装使用。在生产过程中,使用该测力计及其它测温、测宽等检测仪,对应地检测收集了AY3,3C,16Mn等钢种近千组轧制温度、轧制宽
Rolling pressure is to develop rolling mills and automatic rolling process control an important parameter. In China’s plate production, most factories still use three-roll Lott mill. Because the calculation method of the rolling pressure of the three-roller Lott mill is less studied theoretically, it is very hard to find a pressure formula that is consistent with the actual production. This has given rise to some difficulties in correctly estimating the rolling pressure, formulating a reasonable depressing schedule, giving full play to the existing rolling mill capacity and the development of automatic control. Metallurgical Institute of Automation, Institute of Iron and Steel Research Institute jointly developed with HYC-1500 ring pressure magnetic dynamometer installed in our factory in 1984 to use. In the production process, using the dynamometer and other temperature measurement, measuring width and other detectors, the corresponding detection and collection of AY3, 3C, 16Mn and other steel nearly 1000 sets of rolling temperature, rolling width
