一、前言宇航工程和一些容器,所用的材料一般是薄板材料。对于薄板材料断裂性能的测试,目前推荐的标准型有两种:(1)中心裂纹受均匀拉伸加载(图1a);(2)边裂纹的紧凑拉伸加载(图1b)。这两种试件赴进行加载时,均存在着局部压应力失稳的问题。需要解决失稳的附加装置,使试验增加很大困难和影响测试精度。特别是更薄的合盘板材(<0.5mm),试件取自原材料,板面不平整,失稳的附加装置更难于进行。
First, the foreword Aerospace Engineering and some containers, the materials used are generally sheet material. For the testing of sheet material fracture properties, there are currently two recommended standard types: (1) the central crack is loaded uniformly (Fig. 1a); and (2) the compact tensile load of the edge crack (Fig. 1b). When these two kinds of specimens went for loading, there was a problem of instability of local compressive stress. Need to solve the instability of the additional device, so that the test is very difficult to increase and affect the accuracy of the test. In particular, the thinner disc (<0.5mm), the specimen is taken from the raw material, the surface of the plate is not smooth, and the destabilizing attachment is more difficult to perform.
