目的了解于都县城乡中小学生贫血状况,为贫血防治工作提供科学依据。方法2008年对于都县城乡6所中小学校7545名学生采用氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白,按照WHO推荐的贫血诊断标准进行贫血筛查。结果中小学生贫血检出率为15.1%,以轻度贫血为主,占贫血人数的97.5%。男、女生贫血检出率分别为13.5%和16.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);小学、初中和高中学生贫血检出率分别为9.6%,15.8%和21.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城区与乡镇学生贫血检出率分别为13.1%和18.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论于都县城乡中小学生贫血以轻度为主。应采用普及营养知识,改善膳食结构,进行营养干预等综合性防治策略。
Objective To understand the anemia status of primary and secondary school students in both county and town, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of anemia. Methods In 2008, 7545 students from 6 primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas of Duxian County were tested for hemoglobin by the method of cyanide rapid transit (HSR) and anemia screening according to the diagnostic criteria of anemia recommended by the WHO. Results The prevalence of anemia among primary and secondary school students was 15.1%, with mild anemia and 97.5% of anemia. The prevalence of anemia in boys and girls was 13.5% and 16.8%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). The prevalence of anemia in primary, middle school and high school were 9.6%, 15.8% and 21.4%, respectively (P <0.01). The prevalence of anemia in urban area and township students was 13.1% and 18.5%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Anemia in primary and secondary school students in Yudu County is mild. Should be used to popularize nutritional knowledge, improve the diet, nutrition intervention and other comprehensive prevention and control strategies.
