坚持言行一致，是党中央对“三讲”教育提出的明确要求，是建设一支合格的领导干部队伍的基本要求。领导干部能否坚持言行一致是一个重大的政治问题，因此，必须充分认识领导干部言行不一的严重性和危害性，把解决领导干部言行不一的问题作为一项重要的政治任务来抓。
Adhering to the principle of saying the words and deeds are the explicit requirements set forth by the Party Central Committee in the “three stresses” education are the basic requirements for building a qualified contingent of leading cadres. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the seriousness and harms of different cadres’ words and deeds, and to regard resolving the differences between the words and deeds of leading cadres as an important political task.
